Not happy about getting my bond back.
They gym and the pool saved our stay.
I had ticks on my bed and didn’t sleep on my first night. Upon booking, I was charged for an extra 2,000 pesos as a bond which will be refunded upon check out. Never got it back, as promised it will be refunded back into my account. Very unhappy about this as i thought it was a misleading. I have emailed them about this but they never answered the question.

Serene, for a busy neighbourhood
The apartment was spacious and very clean. it's very comfortable and also convenient because of the location being at the heart of Makati. The apartment has a special access to the shopping mall next door with lots of food and entertainment options. The swimming pool is pleasant for a cooling dip, also the garden on ground floor is a quiet place to enjoy coffee and newspaper.
the lights in the bathrooms were a little bit dim because the bulb went off. Perhaps the building management could look into these things before guests check in. otherwise, it's a pleasant place to stay. No bathroom amenities apart from a small tube of shampoo, so if you're planning to stay, bring your own, or get from the supermarket at the mall.
